I realize that the idea of THX picture mode is to emulate a calibrated picture, but my question is how important it is.
Obviously I want to get as much as I can, for as little $ as I can. With this in mind I was wondering if the 50" S1 (w/ Bestbuy calibration) would be equal to the 50" G10 (on THX mode) Or should I estimate the calibration fee into the price of the G10 as well? Also, I know everyone hates on Bestbuy calibration, but I've been informed that they are ISF certified, and unfortunately I've looked online, but been unable to find any pro. calibrators in my area. |
