Rather promising trailer -- although, I had low expectations considering how bad 'King of the Monsters' was -- as well as Adam Wingard's last two films. Though, you're always as good as your best work, and 'The Guest' was phenomenal. If Wingard pulls this off, I'll be very happy for him. Was a huge fan of the aforementioned 'The Guest' as well as 'You're Next'.

Also, how cool to finally see these monsters in day time/bright lighting, as opposed to always being obscured by storms and night time sequences. The Hong Kong set piece looks like it could be something really cool, too. Reminded me a lot of 'Pacific Rim' aesthetically -- which IMO, is a very good thing.

Hitting all the cliches. Something is coming. A child with a connection to the monster. Military wasting their time trying to stop Godzilla. Glad i can watch without spending extra money.
