Well, I went out state with the family for vacation , I placed my order for pick up thinking I would be picking it up tomorrow when I would get back to my home state, but guess what, while on vacation in Florida I get an email my Steelbook order has been picked up in my home state of Wisconsin. Now I have to go there tomorrow and ask them wtf happened. My best guess is they don’t care and grab off whatever they have on the shelf. I ordered a bunch of things once and turned out they gave me someone’s game instead of mine. And last year I ordered a doom collectors edition and I get an email that it was picked up I was like wtf that’s a $200 thing. I was pissed luckily they had most likely the other persons order and gave me that when I went after dealing with everything on the phone prior. On top of that they gave me the thing for free so I let bygones be bygones until recently where they did it again with a steelbook I ordered recently
