My best guess is they don’t care and grab off whatever they have on the shelf. I ordered a bunch of things once and turned out they gave me someone’s game instead of mine. And last year I ordered a doom collectors edition and I get an email that it was picked up I was like wtf that’s a $200 thing. I was pissed luckily they had most likely the other persons order and gave me that when I went after dealing with everything on the phone prior. On top of that they gave me the thing for free so I let bygones be bygones until recently where they did it again with a steelbook I ordered recently

They gave me a gift card for mine, i had to go to another store that had like 10 copies on hand. I have a feeling my closest store is going to be shut down soon.

Just received it. Will watch tonight for Saturday movie night. Looks nice! The discs have a nice texture. They give you a little finger massage while you are putting it in the tray. Fortunately, arrived seemingly in good shape and undented.
