affordable wireless printer advice needed

I've been looking around for a decent wireless printer and wanted to see if other members might have a suggestion. Here is what I am looking for:

1) price range of around $100
2) wireless
3) reasonable ink prices ($15-$20 a cartridge?)
4) can be just a simple printer or multi-function- don't care
5) doesn't have to be fast- but looking for good quality prints and dependable
6) mainly use for printing documents, some photos, just general stuff

I've looked at different websites that rate these things but there doesn't seem to be an overall solid winner. Help a brother out!
