marcus was a prototype was he not?
so the info on him is going to lead the way to the skin on the robots like the t-800 i assume
Yeah but from what i thought...the terminator like arnold didnt have a real heart and all that...he was just a robot skeleton with human skin right?

And with 2 more on the way i hope to see the terminator from T2 back again..the one from T3 was pretty cool also.

I just kinda got thrown off track with the big space ships and the huge robot and the motorcycles...they shouldve kept it more terminator based and not random robots running around.

the little robot that was a tracking device thing for the terminators was a good idea also..but the other stuff LOOKED cool...just didnt seem to fit to me...It was good tho.,

yea arnold was just machine with skin
but they put the metal under marcus skin, so that how he was the prototype
if they can do that they can put the skin on top (i guess)
which is why they were taking human prisoners, to practice replicating the skin

the harvester was probably the smartest of the machines they had
but look how freaking big it was

i'm assuming it was tough to make the smaller versions (the t-600 and so forth) as smart in a compact frame?

LOL the movie was good..im not saying it sucked...anyone that sees this movie will like it.

BUT...i am a fan of the 3 that came out before...And i was puzzled at how they had the technology to build huge robots with the advanced weapons...what kind of cannon did that big robot have that was destroying all the cars trying to drive away????

and the motorcylcles came out of his legs like transformers lol..and he actually could transform down and attach to a space ship....

They had all that technology and had slow dumb terminators walking around like zombies with a gatling gun and a bandana on there heads lol.

Cmon..anyone that sits back to think about it would wonder about that,

And i did laugh at the part when kyle said...2 day old coyote..better than 3 day old coyote...CMON that has to be in the worst movie lines thread hahahahaha.

Cmon..anyone that sits back to think about it would wonder about that,
some one else speculated that the cannon was a early developmental stage plasma weapon, that makes sense to me, and it seems that it works

about him transforming, in all honesty, he just bent over, michael bay would be ashamed of that transformation

also something i just thought of about the slow terminators, they did look pretty old and worn to me, and the ships and even the harvester looked atleast somewhat new

and considering they are making the t-800 and those were 600s (werent they?) i'm assuming from 600 to 800 they made significant gains in mobility/intelligence

I can not place judgment on this movie since I have not seen it and probably won't until it is released on BD and then I will just Netflix it, but to those who are complaining about plot holes, you do realize that the first Terminator movie has the biggest plot hole ever? I'm talking about Kyle Reese who serves under John Conner goes back in time to stop the machine that was sent back to kill Sara Conner so she can't give birth to John. John would have had another father other then Kyle Reese in order for the events in the future to happen in the first place. And since Kyle interfered by going back and getting Sara pregnant then the child she gave birth to shouldn't or wouldn't technically be the same person that was supposed to have been John since the original father was no where to be found now. Shouldn't he have instead pointed her to the man who would have been Johns actual father?

Oh God, I just put to much thought into that. My head hurts now...

they can't go back
only living things can

which is why they had to send the T-800 with living human flesh on it back

getting the harvester covered in skin would be difficult...
