Well, in fairness to Koch Germany, I’m not sure why anyone who’s dealing directly with a studio would assume a third party in another country would be able to source something they can’t, especially when they’ve never worked with or maybe even heard of that third party. It’s not like it’s common knowledge that the 3DFA has a contact at another archive that could have sourced the material
