Hi guys,
I've had my Harmony 880 for about 6 months, (deployed for 4 of those) ![]() Anyway, I've had issues with some buttons being difficult to push (when selected, take a couple of times to work), the battery charger issue (I uninstalled and re-installed the battery and it's worked fine ever since) - but now, it just doesn't work. I tried hooking it back up to the PC and hitting "update" again, just to reload all the setting, but it doesn't work at all. NOTHING. I want to call customer service but I can't seem to find any numbers. Does Harmony have a general customer service number? Bought the remote through Amazon. Am I out of luck? ![]() Thanks to anyone who might be able to help. |
