OK, Can you say if there will be any in 4k? (can't remember if Paramount has licensed titles in 4K)

But I do wants The Running Man, Highlander II, Highlander 3, Highlander 4, The Monster Squad and Death Wish in 4k.

And Burt Reynolds' The Longest Yard.

Yeah i take to mean that the 65 titles are new to Blu-ray. I wonder though how many are new to disc (meaning they have no previous DVD release.)

A title that i would love to see get a Blu-ray release from Paramount is Past Tense (1994) (unless Paramount no longer has the rights to the Republic Pictures films), I don't think it even got a DVD release.

There's a stub for a Blu-ray release on site, but no details on who might have it licensed, if anyone.

I may be a bit wrong on this, but it was a Bristol-Meyers Squibb film, yes the pharmaceutical company, who dabbled into film production for a few films, including the original Sleuth and The Heartbreak Kid. Columbia released it theatrically in the US, but rights reverted back to BMS afterwards.

Anchor Bay licensed all 3 of the BMS films in the early days for DVD releases and paid a pretty penny for them. Then those expired and later Paramount picked it up from BMS to sort of tie it in with their 2004 remake, but that license has also long expired. Paramount doesn't own the film.

Rumor has it, that BMS got so much money from Paramount's license, as well as Anchor Bay's earlier DVD deals in the heyday of the DVD era, that they think the movies are still worth exorbitant amounts in today's dwindling physical market, and no one will pay their price, for now. Plus, this movie stuff is peanuts to them anyway, I suppose.

If I'm wrong on any of this, please correct.

EDIT: I see RCRochester beat me to it.

I wish Bruce Robinson’s original cut of Jennifer 8 still existed. A fun movie, but it was horribly compromised in post

This sounds a lot like Nick Ray's In A Lonely Place. Is it good? Love Glenn, of course.
