Mill Creek had the rights years ago and released their DVD set, which was often found at Walmart and K-Mart.

VEI currently has the rights and released the latest set.

There is no review information about the VEI set, so I can't say which one is better, but the MC set was their usual trash TV release, with several hours of episodic content crammed on a single disc and loose paper sleeves. The VEI set likely has better packaging and might have better video, though the tape masters for the show are of poor quality to begin with, so there's no hope for a good release until the show gets refreshed in HD. Extras are non-existent, likely because none were ever made or were worth including.

The only thing you'll likely never see - unless someone gets their hands on it - is the series finale that was made to wrap up the Dixon/Raines story that began in the pilot and ended with Dixon on the run, in the final aired episode. Cannell - who also played bad cop Dixon - had a good sense to know that his series had run it's course and most likely wasn't getting picked up for another season, so he pumped out one last episode that wrapped everything up, but it has never been released to the public and it's not known if post-production on the episode had ever been completed. For years, it was thought that there was no resolution to the series and nobody involved had ever said otherwise because it likely never was discussed, but Lorenzo Lamas confessed that there was a final episode made by Cannell - not a written script to be filmed, but an actual filmed episode - before the production shut down.
