Default Why isn't Korea getting in on the Blu-ray format?

Hi, guys. I'm a fairly new member. Love the site. I use it for pretty much all the info I need on Bluray. Got my humble little collection on here as well.

So, my question is why isn't Korea getting in on Bluray? Is it just not a big money maker right now? They released some, and they were great but they didn't really follow up with any more releases after that. The only Korean movies we've been really getting either come from U.S. releases, which are very few, or from the UK (which sucks because a lot of the time they're region B). There are so many great Korean films that I'd like to see on Bluray and I really hope they come to terms here in the near future...I'm starting to get anxious.

So other than that, let me just share the hardware I use for my home theater experience. I use a Yamaha RX-V663 receiver with a 5.1 Paradigm speaker surround set up. My TV's a Sharp Aquos 32" Full 1080p of course. I'm hoping to get bigger soon. I'm pretty happy with what I have though. I play my Bluray's from my 60GB PS3...which I'm very happy to have. You can't get them any more. So there you have it. I'm sure I'll do more posting in the future. Thanks...
