I know people say we don't need a Pro model, but i am still on the side that thinks 8K isn't going to be mainstream for PS6. In fact, PS5 is actually advertised as 8K capable and there's like 1 game or something that does it. The future for gaming lies more towards 4K/60fps as a target with better real time graphics and then continuing with better graphics but trying to upgrade to 120hz.

I know that Samsung has also started doing 144hz capable TVs, so wouldn't be surprised if eventually even that higher refresh rate became a thing but i would say a better frame rate will add more to the experience than going to 8K.

LMFAO DO you have ANY idea what it would take to make 8K the standard for Ps6.

Video cards out right now are not even 8K ready. You would be looking at todays tech for 4k 60 FPS in a PS6 with RTX and VR.

8K is a pipe dream.
