Definitely fits with the "Home" and "Home", you're probably right.

Not sure if Arrow thinks this way, but I feel like if it were Home Sweet Home (1981) they would have planned a November release, since it's one of the few horror films that takes place during Thanksgiving.

edit: Arrow did originally release Blood Rage (1987), another Thanksgiving horror, in December, so I guess that throws that theory out the window.

I’m leaning toward a House 4K set. I’m wet in anticipation.

You're not. I love the quirkiness of House IV. The film is strangely sweet and sad at the same time. Great companion piece to the original, actually, since it's the sequel that resembles it in tone the most. II felt like they just slapped House II on a weird Poltergeist clone, and we all know III doesn't really exist.

A home that doubles as a mortuary = 2 homes, hence the double "home" in the clue

i presume there is four wooden blocks and four house films and the word home on them and a house is a home so it has to be the four house films.

I would love it to be Sweet Home from 1989, but will still be happy if it's Home Sweet Home as well.

Maybe "Le case maledette" (Doomed Houses) quadrilogy from Fulci and Lenzi? I know at least two of them are getting BR releases in US (from Cauldron), Germany and some of them have already been released in Japan.

Y'all...

Don't get my hopes up with Sweet Home or Home, Sweet Home.

This is 2023 Arrow we're talking about here...could be 'Home for the Holidays' as far as I'm concerned.

Realistically if I were to place a bet on it, it's going to be the House films. That's my guess.

I saw an interesting guess elsewhere - Amityville II: The Possession. It's most likely to come from VS of course, but you never know (it doesn't look to be with MGM in the UK, so I'm not sure what that would mean for our prospects).

Or the first two if we're taking the clue literally (Home x2)

Arrow released the set with four films but the rights may be a different situation today. Lakeshore has Parts I & II, I think Horror Show is (was?) MGM and IV is Warner via New Line. I think it's safe to say that collaboration was one-time-only.

While I'm hopeful that at least one of the VS secret titles does indeed turn out to be the heavily speculated Cheerleader Camp or Body Count, an Arrow release of Home Sweet Home would be an even more exciting announcement in my opinion.

Could you imagine how crazy that would be if we got both of those on the same day?

Body Count for me would be more exciting as I really enjoyed that movie when I watched it on Tubi and think it can really benefit with a new transfer. Yearly watch for me.

Home Sweet Home has just been one I've always wanted to watch with a group of friends but have always hear how it's pretty "ehh".

It's different in the UK - House IV is not with New Line, and I don't believe The Horror Show is with MGM here. I suspect all 4 came from the same rights holder.

I’d love that—it’s the only one of these I’d like to own.
