Great to see MGS back in some form aswell as Konami doing something at last.
Remastering an established game from the series stops them from trying to make a new one without Kojima so I'm all for this. I already have the PS2 original, PS2 subsistence, PS3 HD collection & PSVITA versions of the MGS3 so I'm all game for what this one has to offer. Even if there's issues they can't take the original masterpiece away from me. Shame the new Master Collection vol.1 looks to be just the PS1 MGS and the HD versions of MGS2 & 3 ported to PS5, no sign of Twin Snakes (even though that game is not a patch on the original). Still nice for those that might have missed out till now I guess. I'd probably still re-buy them again if a physical edition came out. |
