Tranformers on PS3

I just had a crazy thought. There is widespread rumor that Sony is going to start DL content on the PS3. Now given that 95% of the blu-ray players out there are PS3s could we still get Transformers in HD via DL. Heres the logic. Paramount signs a contract that basically says 150 million dollars for no blu-rays, however nothing about hd content via download on the ps3 is ever mentioned in the contract, now they know this DL stuff is going to happen for ps3 and that the vast majority of ppl who were going to by transformers on blu-ray were ps3 owners. so they basically outsmart the hd dvd group by not voiding the contract, taking the 150 million dollars, and simply reaping in the hd rewards of all the ps3 owners out there with hd dl content and not blu-ray, and we still get transformers in hd! then in 18 months the blu-ray is released and they get to double dip.
