Exclamation Hairspray Gets PIP Treatment, Support New Line!!!

“New Line has announced that they will be bringing the remake of the musical 'Hairspray' to Blu-ray on November 20th. Extras will include a new musical number, the documentary "You Can't Stop the Beat", a "Hairspray Extensions" featurette, audio commentaries and deleted scenes. The Blu-ray release will also feature a "Behind the Beat" picture-in-picture experience.”

Calling all Blu-Ray supporters!!! We must all purchase this film, a first BD film from New Line Cinema. We must all support New Line, and show them we, BD supporters, mean business. New Line is owned by WB; however, how they handle their film spec is all up to them. So far WB has treated BD as the underdog. Now New Line is going to release their first film on BD with advanced BD features, such as, PIP. We cannot let them down, and give them a chance to reconsider.

Who is with me? Long live Blu-Ray.
