The first volume of K-ON! (wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/K-ON!) has sold 33,000 copies on Blu-ray in its first week, more than the #1 selling Blu-ray last year, Macross F vol. 1 which sold 22,000 copies. The DVD of K-ON! Vol. 1 only sold 8,000 copies. The #1 selling Blu-ray is Evangelion: 1.11, which sold 49,000 copies.
