So if there was doubt on the basis of The Crow: Salvation, surely this confirms they're releasing Paramount-licenced titles as site exclusives.

That was likely from their deal with Intermedia (who also own all those Largo titles.)

The back of the Echo Bridge blu-ray has a small-but recognizable ICF logo, that's for Intermedia which they have acquired the library of (that's where all of the Largo/Phoenician/Franchise stuff that Shout currently is releasing are coming from), same case for The Crow; just that it has a IMF (also Intermedia) logo at the back

I could be wrong, but I believe it was a foreign produced film that Miramax acquired for distribution. Hypothetically, if they had a 20 year license, it would have expired last year.

Interesting. Does anyone know of any other former Miramax titles that ended up with Intermedia/Largo? Wondering what else we might expect.

Can't recall any Largo titles released by Miramax, but here are some of the Intermedia titles:
Sliding Doors (1998)(already released by Shout)
Playing by Heart (1998)
Love's Labour's Lost (2000)
Iris (2001)
Blow Dry (2001)
The Quiet American (2002)
Mindhunters (2004)

In an online interview, Cliff mentioned that he moved from a few different companies and seemed to have a knack for moving on before the ship began to sink.

I am wondering if his move to Arrow is part of that realization seeing how Scream Factory/Shout Factory has been operating over the last few years.

These exclusives confuse me.
I see the prior standalone Miramax blu, and the 2 pack set from EB. What exactly is the draw for this release? I suppose the 2 older releases are OOP, not that either still costs much. I'm not seeing anything about a new scan. It includes the theatrical cut, but who the hell wants the heavily censored theatrical cut? I recall liking this movie and I guess this release is more complete, but, no new scan? Was that 2 pack 1 of those 2 movies on 1 disc deal? So the bitrate/compression would've taken a hit, so this encode will look...marginally better?
Then Fear City is a re-release of one of their own old titles from 12 years ago, but at least this has new scans on both versions.
I don't see either of these flying off the shelves, but do have some interest.

I got the impression from that interview that Cliff was annoyed with some of the recent decisions being made at Shout Factory (like not renewing the license for F*cking Mad Max.)

Although Judgment Night already has a Blu-Ray from WAC so I don't know if 4K UHD could happen at this point. I want Timecop so bad I really like that movie so much.
