To get around it, I deleted all my cookies & internet history, used a different browser to the one the orders failed on. Using a VPN set to the USA, I created a brand new B&N account with the Stackry address & set up the Stackry address on a second PayPal account for payment. Even then at checkout B&N didn't like the mobile number I'd entered but after doing the suggested edit, the order went through & just placed a second order. A bit of a faff but the above may help. |
