USA Blu-Ray audio (vocal) problems
So I have had my Sony S550 for about a year and I have been asking anyone I can think of and no one seems to have an answer. So here goes, when I put in a blu-ray I have to turn the volume way up (sometimes 3/4 of the way up) to hear what they are saying but then whenever something else happens (thats not vocal) it is so loud I have to turn it all the way down. what would cause this??

I have the S550 connected with a gold lined Rocket Fish HDMI cable to my Sony Bravia TV. The tv and player were both bought at the same time! Any help with this would be great
