Hi folks, just bought the new BDP-S560 which promises wi-fi access to BD-Live, firmware updates, etc. I'm having a problem getting the wireless to work. First off, the setup is easy enough (I can quickly find my access point and configure the setup using WPA2-PSK with a password.)
The problems start when my Linksys WRT54G router starts dropping internet connections for my other devices (Dell PC, Macbook). The Blu-ray player itself is never able to load any BD-Live content (I tried Pinnochio and Star Trek TOS Season 1). It seems the wireless feature is somehow spamming my router and never actually establishing a real connection. Has ANYONE seen this problem? It's unbelievably frustrating! |
