I recently had an Amazon.com certificate that I had to use. Here's the breakdown:

Price of two movies $19.48 US
Shipping and handling $10.97 US
Import fees deposit $3.06 US

Total $33.51 US

Then convert to CAD to end up with over $36 for two movies costing under $20 US.
