Default Fixing Burn-in on Plasmas? can it be done?

Is there anyway to get rid of burn in on a plasma monitor? i had read somewhere to turn it on the blue screen and leave it on for a day or two because the blue color is the brightest on a plasma and can sometimes fix burn in. Is this true? the Plasma i just picked up for cheap has a small amount of burn in.
