DDU is the type of tracking from the company DDU Express,
looking at my previous orders, they seem to come from DDU IL, or DDU DC,
which look to be Illinois and Washington.

Ordered something earlier and i mistakenly tried to pay with the card they never took payment from until months later. The payment button was greyed out so they've blocked it. Paid with paypal ,went through ok.

They’re refusing to refund again after sending the wrong item yet again,
And they only sent one when there should have been 3 items,
Even with the recorded delivery return they asked for.

Between this and the problems other people have been having, they seem utterly inept.

I've ordered the items they cancelled from deepdiscount, they had a 10% code. hopefully they'll ship them even though they are the same company.

If you were banned, I would have expected that they told you,
although admittedly who knows with their complete lack of customer support of late.

Anyone ever been asked by wowhd to fill in and return InsureShip claim forms for missing parcels? I don't really get why I'm being asked to do that especially as I don't even have information like "claim numbers".
Still my missing order from May 22nd hasn't been rectified, they're more interested in their claim form. I just want what I paid for 6 weeks ago!

Had to do it years back when they didn’t use tracked delivery.

Now they do to the U.K. haven’t been asked again, as they’ve got the tracking evidence the item is lost.

Okay, thanks. Yeah it’s weird seeing as my missing order was being tracked until it wasn’t!

Had this happen back in August-October, with tracking showing parcel going out for delivery and then returning the the depot multiple times. Took Evri forever to admit they lost the parcel and when I forwarded that email to wow they wanted me to fill out that form. Just fill out as much as you can.

(And then the replacement package evri didn't even bother to try and deliver, they just sent it straight back to the US. I haven't used wow since.)

that really is shamefull. The evri email puting their hands up should be enough, no wonder they restructured at the start of 2025

Flat out refusing to refund me now, never dealt with something like this,
would it be trading standards when buying from the states?

Instead of trading standards why not reach out to the payment provider and dispute the payment. tell them what you have said here, you have given wow-hd a chance to correct things, they did not

Trading standards will laugh at you as you bought from a US company so they won't be interested.

You need to raise a dispute and request chargeback with whoever you made the payment through either your bank or PayPal.

Should get the money back. Know Nationwide refund no issues, Barclays did eventually. Both with other retailers.

Expect a blacklist from WoW but I expect you don't care after you get your money back.

Yeah, it’s paypal so will go through them,
It’s the first time I’ve had a dispute with a company outside of the UK,
So a little bit unnerved about where to go.

PayPal will almost certainly just refund you.

WoW unlikely to dispute the claim and even if they do they can show evidence it was slivered as tracked stop mid journey.

All PayPal will do is deduct the refund out of the ongoing balance they have with WoW. They don’t actually need to pay any money in for the refund.

After wow refunding the 3 titles i had ordered (they've clearly banned me without telling me) i switched to their sister company Deepdiscount for the same titles. Still not shipped a week later and the three titles were showing in stock.
