I'd like to see THE YOUNG RUNAWAYS again on a disc before I get
any older. Featuring a young Richard Dreyfuss, who gets burned
alive in an alley for getting involved in that rock & roll. This was
the last film directed by Arthur Dreifuss, whose prolific career
began in the 1930s. During the 1950s and 1960s he directed a
number of teen psychodramas. RIOT ON SUNSET STRIP (1968)
for AIP was a lot like this one. Very few of his films have migrated
to DVD and blu-ray.
