Help with speaker wiring (floor plates) for new construction and then some!

Any help recommendations much appreciated. I'm helping my brother with his new condo. Basically they haven't put the floor down yet so he wants to run the wires for everything before that happens.


So running wiring for rear speakers, and I am also starting to
think about anything else I should run under the floor. He doesn't want to run wires up the walls or do ceiling speakers.

I see lots of wall plate applications but nothing for floors.. Any thoughts or links?

EDIT: He is now thinking wall plates would look better. Flooring is hardwood. He doesn't want to do the work himself so is an electicion the way to go or somebody specifically related to A/V installs? Seems like a simple enough tasks.

I think he would want floor plates by the receivers as well as plates behind his couch and another set in his bedroom.

Is there a way to show diagrams from MS word?
