All along, I haven't been knocking the Pioneer BD players but rather giving reasons why the Oppo deserves the respect it's been getting.

Well the Denon should be able to scale properly, especially with it's price tag.

Oppo deserves the recognition it gets and all of the players mentioned in this thread are great units IMO. Which is best for someone depends on their set-up.
