Transformers rebate question

Seriously, though, thank you steve_dave, that is exactly the type of info that I was looking for (although obviously I was hoping for a different answer).

If no one else has had any contrary experience or knowledge regarding the sticker vs. enclosed rebate form (anyone, anyone...?), then my follow up question to anyone who might know is:

Can you call/contact Paramount and request that a rebate form be mailed to you?

And, if so, does anybody have the contact number or info? I tried looking for a number on the Paramount site but couldn't find one.

I have read on other threads that people could do this with other studios (I think Buena Vista was an example) if their blu-ray didn't come with a coupon.

I would think I would still be eligible for the rebate even if mine doesn't have the sticker since the rebate was announced in August or September of 2008, I think, well in advance of when I purchased and the promo didn't seem to be restricted to certain versions.

If it's not possible to get a rebate form mailed to me, then I guess I can see if BB will allow me to swap copies. And if that doesn't work, well, I only paid $9.99 on BF anyway, so that not a big deal, although if I can take part in the rebate I would like to.
