Hi,
I am thinking of upgrading the center speaker of my Polk RM6750. The other speakers are fine for my needs, but the center channel could use a little more power or strength. Sometimes the dialogue gets lost in the sound or if a voice trails off then it is hard to understand the words. Plus, voices just sometimes sound weak. My limitation is space. My center speaker sits in front of my TV on top of a TV stand. The new speaker can't be much more than 5 inches high or it will block the TV screen. The stand is new so I can't change it. Any suggestions? I'm only looking at a center speaker. By the way, I'm using a sony blu-ray player, sony TV and the Pioneer VSX-919. Other than the center speaker everything else is fine for me. |
