HELP: Sony Bravio 46'' 1080p... good deal? (and BB financing Q)

I would be getting the Sony Bravio 46'' 1080p for 990... is this as great a deal as it sounds? I would most likely end up selling off the PS3 and game and buying a $150 or so BD player so it would technically be even a little bit cheaper for me.

Also how does the BB financing work? It says if I spend over 1000 then I can have no intrest for 3 years... after warrenty it would be over 1000 bucks but I dont quite get how it would work. Do I set up an account through them to pay them monthly or what? I will most likely pay them off around April when I get my tax return. Do you think there will be better deals then?
