Will HTIB speakers work on an Onkyo Receiver?

I recently purchased a PS3 and a Sony HTIB: HT-DDW790
I wasn't familiar with the new audio formats until I watched my first blu ray disk.
( I always thought DTS was "it")

Now, I'm planning to get an Onkyo TX-SR605. So, would my htib speakers work on it? I got that sony for about $160, and the cheapest speakers at Circuit City is about $200.
