When did giant, epic bosses start showing up in games?
I've been a PC guy for a long time. I got a PS3 at the end of 2009 along with the Gods of War collection. At the end of the first stage of GOW I, I was fighting the huge Hydra. It was epic. I was loving how huge the Hydra was. So I got to thinking: i don't think I've ever played a game that had bosses that size. And then there's Demons' Souls, which I can't wait to get.
So when did bosses of this magnitude start showing up in games? |
