Need wall mount recommendation plz

Thinking of mounting my 50" Panny plasma to the wall. Only reason I haven't was because I would be that much farther away from the tv, and I already feel I'm to far, but oh well. Couple things to note: this house was built in 1977. I haven't checked for studs yet, but I'm assuming I should be good? This is a rental, so I don't want to do anything to invasive. I would love to run wires though the wall, but will probably just get a raceway.

What type of mount do wall-mount owners prefer? Low profile? I don't really care about the swivel arm so much, and it's going to be set low enough that tilt won't even make that much of a difference. I'm thinking of ordering from monoprice.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks ahead of time...
