Oppo BDP-83 VS Denon DBP-2010

So I was in Best Buy the other day taking a look at the Denon BDP-2010 and it seems to be a fairly solid player. I have been looking at a player that does an excellent job upconverting my massive DVD collection (I currently own a Sony BDP-S560 and the upconverting leaves much to be desired) and certainly the Denon and an Oppo BDP-83 can do it. Both players have the Anchor Bay VRS chip in it, which is definitely the way I want to go. I cant get the Denon for roughly $440 including tax (normally $699 retail) and the Oppo for $517 including shipping. The Oppo has several other playback capabilities that I really have no use for, whereas the Denon would be slightly cheaper and sticks to what I would really use. Any suggestions with which I should pick?
