Default Need some help guys on info about HDMI in PS3 connections !

Hallo guys, im planning on purchasing a nice little Playstation 3 (once they become available here in the UK) to enjoy BD disks... but i have just read something about HDMI 1.3 and i would like to ask you for some help:

Dolby Digital PLUS and DTS HD are carried by the HDMI 1.3 cable (unless there is a decoder in the player but thats another point).... once you have your playstation 3 and you want to enjoy the next generation of surround sound, you obviously connect your HDMI lead to your next-gen AV receiver, like this http://www.dts.com/dts-hd/dtshd-mast...w-receiver.php ...
... and then what ?

How do you get to connect it to your telly ?

do you

1) use the second HDMI output of your PS3 to connect it to the telly (is that possible... settings wise the PS3 menu probably wont allow you)
2) use the switching capabilities of your AV receiver (HDMI 1.3 support of course), to connect to the telly ?

ANd just something else... i wanted to buy the new 46X2000 Bravia Pure HD LCD monitor, which apparantly does not support HDMI 1.3 ... so it seems that the telly supports 6 billion colours , but the HDMI 1.2a connection only supports 1billion (whereas the 1.3 version supports 16billion)... is there anything that can be done about it ?

MANY THANKS
