I just watch. I might vote once it comes down to like the top 5 or 3. Not sure though. Also yea some people are more sensitive then others. We are men and talkin trash is what we do! Haha! This is how I would rank them currently goin into next week and favorites to win. Got Em!!

Yea Mike is always par for the course! Also I would always expect Crystal & Siobhan to get down. If I had to choose a dark horse I would have to say maybe your girl Katie as she has an r&b voice as well. She just doesnt know what she will do just yet. I think Kara is guiding her though. Haha! Also maybe Aaron who has a very soulful voice as well especially depending on the song he sings. Got Em!!

Yea she could potentially do really well this week. I think Kara told her she should do more Pop/R&B songs instead of what Simon said (apparently he said country but I don't remember that).

I could see Crystal tellin them off. That was funny last night when Ryan said "Kara said lose the guitar, but Simon says dont change a thing so who do u listen to" and Immediatley Crystal said "ME!!" then everybody started clapping including the judges! That was great! Got Em!!

Yea a few weeks back Simon said country and Kara said pop/r&b. Katie said she would try country for Simon but it may be to late for that as it gets more and more crucial of song choice and performance. U dont want to experiment with sumthin u havnt done expecially since she said she feels the same way Kara did. As for Aaron, hey if I was 16 and a cat like Aaron I would probably have a crush on her to. Haha! Got Em!!

Isn't funny how the so called "pros" they get to perform on Idol don't perform all that well?

While I was watching Miley I was thinking "no way in hell does she ever last in this competition if she was in it." I've thought that about many of the performers who have been on the show.

Also, does being a good singer really make you an "artist?" To me, you do not earn the right to be called an artist unless you actually create something. Simply singing doesn't make you an artist. It makes you a singer or a performer.

I think they should incorporate a song writing aspect for one week of the competition. You have to create a song and perform it, perhaps the last week of the competition. I just think watching these contestants perform other people's songs gets boring. It would be MUCH more interesting if they had to actually be more involved in the creative process.

I was disappointed in Paige. I liked her at the beginning. Each week she got worse. I hope Tim Urban gets eliminated next week.

lmao, yup. The guests... Especially that chick that performed a couple weeks ago.. haven't been good. Last season, Kanye West stunk up the place BAD.

Siobhan - I'm going to have to agree with Simon on her mostly. But it wasn't her worst performance imo. I hate the scream she does all the time...


Casey - That was quite good actually! I really liked it.


Big Mike - Good, but not his best. But he keeps doing the same exact thing every week though. Time for something new man. I was expecting him to lay the smack down tonight....but he didn't.


Didi - I'm going to go typical Simon on this one, it was a complete and utter waste of time [/British Accent].


Tim - I missed his performance actually, I had to go and do something outside. But I'm back in time for the judges and they aren't sounding good.


Andrew - That's the Andrew I've been looking for. Leaps and bounds better than he has been!


Katie - I liked it, pretty good. But I personally preferred her performance last week to this one.


Lee - I liked it a lot, he knocked it out My favorite of the night so far by far.


Crystal - Good, but I'm still not on the "Crystal is fantastic" band wagon I thought the first half was very good, but I didn't care that much for the second half. I agree with Simon, didn't like the background vocals.


Aaron - That was very.....boring. I didn't like it, my least favorite of the night (remember I didn't see Tim though )

I liked the ones above the line. I liked Mike and Katie as usual, but they were definitely out shined by Casey and Andrew.

Siobhan - was a bit pitchy tonight but that scream is still amazing. Simon needs to learn how to pronounce "Siobhan".

Casey - Pretty damn good!

Mike - Good but kinda safe. This week should be his time to shine. I didn't feel it was a standout performance.

Didi - Honestly...it sounded like a kid was singing it. I would have LOVED to have seen what Siobhan would have done with the same song.

Tim - First of all he shouldn't be singing a song like this. His looks remind me of Bill Engvall when he looks at the camera, I can't take him seriously. The singing was just kinda "blah". Maybe if he pictured singing it to Usher....

Andrew - The best he's sounded since that Paula song!!! The frontrunner tonight so far.

Katie - Her head looks like a Bump-its factory! Not too bad on the singing though....still kinda ordinary though.

Lee - Also pretty damn good. One of the best of the night.

Crystal - Once again....BEST OF THE NIGHT!

Aaron - Looks like Ed Grimley. Good singing but sounded like karaoke.

Wow, they're down to 7 already?

I don't think I've seen an episode since they were down to the top 12... but I didn't think that was that long ago.

I guess this season is almost over.

I haven't really cared to watch any of it in a while, because from watching the first few weeks of the live shows, nobody seemed to stick out or make me feel like they were worth tuning in to watch each week.

I don't know if it's me not liking the show anymore, or if it really was just an off year. In past years there were always a couple people I liked, and would feel disappointed if they got voted off.

I guess time hasn't flown as fastly as I feared it did.

My take on the performances:



Siobhan - She was off key at times. The thing is she has so much range and very unique and powerful voice that I still liked it and think she is still one of the best!

Casey - Anotha great "Casey" type performance. He doesnt take risk but he is good at what he does and he sings the songs that he would most likely perform anyway.


Big Mike - The thing with Mike is, he is so soulful and real when he sings we are starting to think he is doin the same thing each week. Great performance and I never get tired of hearing him sing.


Didi - Poor Didi. I still love her voice and she is a hottie. Wasnt her best performance at all but it wasnt as bad as the judges made it out to be.

Tim - I got two words for Tiny Tim......"Lounge Singer" Everytime I hear him I envision eating at a upscale restaurant and Timmy is on stage entertaining the crowd. Thats not a good thing however.


Andrew - Definitely his best performance since the Paula song. Finally he got some confidence and brought it.

Katie - Pretty good actually. I thought she wouldve had a great performance, while it wasnt super great it was still pretty good and she did a good job singing an Aretha song.


Lee - What can I say.....Lee is a beast and as long as he sings it like he can he should easily be here until the very end!

Crystal - Still the front runner. She is a tru artist already and she has hit records written on her forehead! Fantastic performance. She is the best of the girls easily.

Aaron - He always picks a great song to sing and he always does a good job with it. Very nice perform.

While I still think Crystal & Lee are the best of the group, its a pretty open races as Mike, Casey & Siobhan could easily win it as well. That would be my top 5!


My bottom three for tomorrow would be Tim, Didi for sure. The 3rd person is very tough but I would have to say........Katie again. Really only Tim & Didi gave subpar performances tonight but there has to be three people so out of the other 8 good performances I would have to pick Katie to go along with Tim & Didi in the bottom three.

As for who is goin home I would have to say bye bye to Tim! He has had 9 lives anyway and should have been gone a while ago. Well see what happens tomorrow! Got Em!!
