Default 73" Mitsubishi Issues

Hi everyone,

I have the Mit WD-73C9 DLP. It is only a month old. The issue I have is pixelation on the screen during rapid motion. For example, running water, fire, or anything just moving rapidly on screen. The pixelated squares that form ruin the Picture Quality significantly. Any other time the image is clear and crisp.

I originally thought it was the quality of the video signal. My cablebox is on HDMI, Bluray on HDMI, Xbox on Component HD. All inputs have the same issue.

With everyone telling me that these TV's have great image quality, I wonder if I my TV has a defect. My 5 Year old Toshiba 62" DLP performs better then this TV.

On top of that, I just developed one dead mirror right in the center of the screen. It is a huge eye sore. It sounds like my warranty won't cover one dead mirror. I still have to get a hold of Mitsubishi on both issues. Any advice would help.

Don't get me wrong, I love the TV, just a little disappointed.

Thanks,

Tim
