What source are you seeing the pixelation from? Cable and Sat feeds bit starve the signal and will exhibit what you are talking about, even on their HD content. The dowloadable so called "HD" from XBox live is even worse. This is even more evident on a larger screen.

Bluray will show a huge advantage in picture quality with its increased bandwidth.

It sounds like a source issue, not a problem with your display IMO.

I agree if you get wicked pixilation while watching a blu-ray then it could be a issue with the display but if its just while watching ESPN HD then its probably coming from the STB or what ever device is sending the HD signal.

Every set we own up close I notice some pixilation even on our elite with certain channels/ days.
