I'm actually running out of room (not thermo - literally running out of space) in my latest level.

I don't know when to stop sometimes.

Bah! I'm sick AND I have a serious case of Creator's Block (it's not contagious, I think).

This sucks - I had a lot of time on my hands for once last night - but I was sick and couldn't concentrate so I gave up.

This sucks.

I'm finally watching all the tutorials to try and take a stab at a level, and holy cow is there a lot of things to learn. Now I know why creating levels is so time consuming, and I have a new appreciation for the work CYMBOL and other creators put in. Not quite sure how I am going to do this, I think I'm in over my head.

On a side note, I pre-ordered the collector's edition of LBP 2 the other day. SO excite!!!

On a second side note, I'm still trying to get 100 percent on all levels, but need some help. If anyone is willing to go through some story mode levels again, It'd be appreciated.

Well, give me a shout if you need some help in Create Mode.

Yeah, it's pretty amazing that you start out with a blank level and "raw" material. Kind of like being given some boards, nails, screws and a hammer and wrench and seeing what you can make with it.

I always tell folks it's like building a model - but an interactive model that other people play on.

It's definitely not easy (well, depending on what you want to make) - and sure as hell not quick - but it is rewarding. I would imagine, like painting or something when you've finished.

I'm not a very good player - but I can try and help with a 2X or something.

I'll try to see if I can delete somebody on my friends list to make room.

Don't have a whole lot of time for playing since I'm on a time crunch to get this level done - but I'll help out with one here and there.

I actually had a good day creating - got over my Creator's Block - and think I may be able to actually complete my level by my two week deadline (before my move) - barring any glitches.

Man - creating is like a marathon - those last couple of miles are grueling. I'm so close, but it's tiring. So many details.

Sound cues, logic, timing of inactions between players and logic - ensuring the level is unbreakable, cuing lighting and emitters. . .

I really am close to finishing - but these details are killing me (which is funny, since most people will ever notice them.)

Another week - two at the very most.

Hope you all will take a chance to play it when it comes out - that way, it will get at least a couple of plays! Haha.

Alright - plan is to release my new level on Sep 12th! (I sure hope it come together with no glitches - so scared).

Who knows - maybe, I'll have time to make a video of it before release. Like a trailer.

That would be fun to make - but time consuming - kind of like LBP.

Yes, the level kit and all 4 costume kits should be in the PSN store. Level kit is $5.99 with no trophies.

Thanks guys - I appreciate it.

I truly am exhuasted. With everything going on in my life personally (moving to Utah for the Air Force, packing up the family, transitioning jobs, selling my house, etc.) - trying to complete a level of this scale and hope it all plays seamlessly - well, I am burning the midnight oil to get it all done.

I still have some major hurdles to get over. So many little pieces that need to function flawlessly at timed intervals, etc. I just hoping beyond hope it all comes together.

Bah! I've been messing with the logic in this level for 2 days now!

Well, a couple of hours each day anyway. It's just not coming together.

I now believe that this game was built to make me crazy. . . and it's working.

Anyone know how they did the whole magnet thing in the Marvel level? It's the level where your jumping from car to car.

Probably an invisible Winch pulley that activates (direction) when the magnet gets near - probably using a switch key.

By using the Winch - it doesn't come up straight like a piston, but wobbly, giving it a better appearance of being randomly pulled up by an invisible force (magnetism).

That's my guess anyway - or rather, how I would do it.

Don't remember the part super well - but if done separately, I'd imagine the first one must be delivered to unlock the second one.
