How about if the person controlling the film stops it halfway through (as so many people are fond of doing here... there's a thread out there about players "remembering where you last stopped the disc". Those of you who have read it will surely know what I'm talking about. You know who you are!!! )? Will it stop on your system too? Then, in order to continue, will you have to go chapter hunting? I agree that this is the stupidest idea on the face of the planet!!! If you want to watch a movie with people... INVITE THEM OVER OR CONGREGATE AT A MUTUALLY HABITUAL LOCATION! For christ-sake, make it dinner and a movie so that we, as human beings, don't lose our social skills. Interacting THAT much in cyberspace can't become a healthy trend.
