If people say it still scary today to them and others, isn't it still effective. It shows how subjective horror can be.

I watched 5 horror movies this week, [REC], The Mist, Halloween, Eden Lake and Evil Dead 2.

Now 3 of those movies I found scary, and 2 of them not, yet I would say all of them (4 out of 5 at least) are good horror movies.

I won't tell you which ones though, you can guess

the ones i thought were scary - NONE
