Are You The Only One in Your Household that Collects and Understands Blu-ray?

One thing I like about blu-ray is I am the only one in my household that understands what blu-rays are. My mom doesn't collect. Usually the response I get from her is " Why do you buy all these movies?" Well why do you have a ton of unread books, mom? Its a hobby. My sister lives on her own farther out. She is like. Lets bring you blu-rays over here so I can borrow them and watch them on my DVD Player. I tell her they won't work with DVD Players. Kinda a nice thing because I don't have to worry about my titles getting stolen becuase it won't work with there player or they don't understand the concept of blu-ray?

Anyone else have family members who are still inlitterate about the concept of blu-ray and high definition?
