So that's it then, OLED it is, Toshiba have sold their part of SED Inc. to Canon, who will now produce it themselves.

I suppose that is what you get for letting other companies do the R&D for you, if you fall out with them, bye bye.

Sony have pledged their continuing to researching OLED and FED technology as their replacement for LCD.

What Toshiba will pursue now, not even they know.
