Special Edition Blu-Rays On The Horizon?

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, but I'm just curious to see if more people would want nicer packaged Blu-Rays just like their DVD counterparts.

That DVD version is such a nicer looking edition to own compared to the Blu Ray Version... Except of course for the movie picture. (There is also a normal Director's Cut on DVD just for the record, I'm just pointing to the fact that there isnt an Ultimate Version on Blu Ray.

Still, I would rather pay a bit more for a nicer edition of a Blu-Ray.

Another example is for a movie that I really want to get on Blu-Ray but again the differance between the normal DVD version and the Blu Ray one is a significant one if you get it on DVD.
