"Let Me In" or "Let The Right One In"?

I own copies of "Let Me In" and "Let The Right One In" on Blu-ray but I haven't seen either movie.
I also own a copy of the book "Let the Right One In" by John Ajvide Lindqvist but I have not read it yet.

For those that have seen both movies and possibly even read the book, what order would you recommend I take for these three items?
