Never sell codes on ebay, someone can buy them "SAY THEY NEVER USED THEM" and tell ebay they were the wrong codes and just send you back the just voucher while still using the codes... Ebay is a crap shoot...

I actually called the local police dept's and the postoffice in there area and they said there was nothing they could do it's he said she said and the people were simply to far away from me to bother with a $150 dollar item etc...

Some good news: The seller refunded the money for the modem and paid my return shipping cost. I'm glad that's over with.

If you got THIER junk mail, then you should have had a case against them. At least, if it had their information on it.
