If customers keep buying and are happy accepting half-cocked transfers the studios will continue this practice.
DNR scrubs out all the fine detail that Blu-rays are supposed to show, there are 80's transfers out there with great PQ & AQ if one studio can do it why can't the others? This film needs a new master and new restorations until this is done they won't be getting a penny of my money. I find it hard to believe that my upscaled DVD won't look better than this.
