Everybody (including judges and juries) knows that nobody really reads those things before clicking through, and you cannot substantively agree with something you have not read. I never really read any of it or in detail, to be perfectly honest. But after dealing with NDA's with my previous job, and being part of several Betas (the PC, the PS2 G.A.P. days up until the current Home and game Betas on the PS3), I've learned that blabbing about something that you're not supposed to has become second-nature anymore
