help guys

my account is US and man i got a lot in it and it's banned why ?? is it because i uploaded a video of home beta testing games ??

say please explain why my account is suspended i dont know what i did?

probably.. its in the EULA agreement not to record lol take down the video, write an email and apologize..

If it was the video that got his console banned, wouldn't they have taken it off of Youtube by now? They would also contact the uploader I think.

Just my opinion, but being a console ban and not an account ban, I think you pissed them off more than just a video. Could also be a suspension too though. You definitely need to email and ask for clarification and reason. And be reasonable with them, it probably won't help your case to send, "y did u guys ban me i di nothin!! ths is stupid crap $@#*"

NDAs are pretty serious business. If I were to violate one, for example, I would lose my job and probably be blacklisted from my industry.

I got a home Beta Invite. Didn't remember seeing any NDA. This isn't like some super secret beta for a never seen before software release, its just some new things on Home.

Posting a video of Qore would likely fall into that category of misappropriating premium content. Why would you even bother doing that?

There was definitely an agreement, but I don't remember if it was right before the beta portion of Home or not. I think it was.

Did you have your PSN ID in the Qore video at any point though? Seems there has to be something more to it than these videos for it to be a console ban and yet not touch the account.

EDIT: Seems Sony only ban consoles and not accounts no matter what so I guess even for something like a beta video they might go that far. Seems a bit extreme though.

i know it's weird , they'll leave the account alone ( i'm not sure so far ) and ban the console and it's not like i was playing illegal copies i was playing retail copies that i bought ( a lot of times 1 week before release date )

hopefully it's not permanent ban

damn it i tried to log into PS forums and they won't let me

EDIT: those qore videos usually gets taken down from YT and that's it and i'm not alone in doing that , so far my Qore video hasn't been taken down by YT or sony
