Where to post bad eBay buyers/sellers when dealing with steelbooks?

Eh, I know it's my fault. I've been scammed this way before - like 3 or 4 times. I usually enforce my own rule which is if the buyer's feedback is less than 200 and his membership not older than 2 years, I cancel the sale if they refuse upgrading their shipping method. The problem with our postal service here is that shipping with tracking costs 5X as much for one Steelbook.

And I somehow knew that this guy would scam me, but assumed good faith for this one. Never again. Anyways, add this douche to your blocked list folks - he's 100% a scammer. He has not been responding to any of my messages which is a solid indicator he's aware he's a scumbag.
